Jericho Mountain State Park has the first 4×4 Jeep/Truck trail, on public lands, in the Northeast. The off-road park is approximately 2.5 miles long and takes between 3.5-5 hours to complete. Jericho Mountain State Park trails use a color-coded system to label trail difficulty. The trails have four difficulty levels ranging from easy to extreme. There is a fee to access the trail and vehicles are required to have a winch, modified tires and other modifications.
